1 5/8" x 5 1/8" for 16" strap hinge
1 3/4" x 7 1/8" for 22" strap hinge

I love these hinges so much that I just bought a second set for another gate that will be 2’ wider. These replaced a lighter duty set that sagged in less than a year. The 7/16” spindle makes all the difference. No sagging with these! And happily the screws haven’t rusted for 3 years so far.
