Installation tip for metal, fiberglass or composite doors:
To apply the screw type, you will need to drill a small pilot hole first (smaller than the diameter of the screw, just as you would in wood), then hand turn them in using a rubber glove to get a good grip on them. You will also need to apply a small dab of sealant over the pre-drilled pilot hole in order to seal the hole. (silicone sealer or Liquid Nails are examples). Be sure to check to see if your warranty may be voided by drilling holes in door.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund (less shipping charge).
The goods MUST be in the original new condition and include all parts. The goods must be properly packaged to prevent any damage, including damage to finishes during transit. Charges will apply for items needing refinishing. Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

No returns will be accepted without this authorization number.
There is a no return policy on any custom ordered products or large quantity orders.
