It is recommended that you pre-drill a small pilot hole before hammering these into hardwoods. Use a rubber mallet to hammer them in.. This will help prevent the finish from getting damaged.
Nails are centered...making it easy to pre-drill for desired patterns.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund (less shipping charge).
The goods MUST be in the original new condition and include all parts.  The goods must be properly packaged to prevent any damage, including damage to finishes during transit.  Charges will apply for items needing refinishing.  Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

No returns will be accepted without this authorization number. 

There is a no return policy on any custom ordered products or large quantity orders.
