Can also be used as decorative door handles on carriage house style overhead garage doors giving you an Old World accent (*See NOTE 2 below)

Cast iron with black powder coat finish
Surface has aged, texture look, giving it an older appearance
Includes tubular latch kit, spindle, and mounting screws
Fits gate thickness from 1 3/8" to 2 1/4"
(optional spindle for up to 6" gate thickness available, add $5.00)

NOTE
If you are using this latchset on door thickness greater than 1 3/4", the strike plate supplied will not work. You will have to find a strike plate with a deeper setback or improvise one. 

*NOTE 2
Spindle and tubular latch are not needed on this type of application since handles are merely a decoration.
Be sure the 2 3/4" protrusion will clear the jamb above door when overhead door is going up.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund (less shipping charge).
The goods MUST be in the original new condition and include all parts.  The goods must be properly packaged to prevent any damage, including damage to finishes during transit.  Charges will apply for items needing refinishing.  Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

No returns will be accepted without this authorization number. 

There is a no return policy on any custom ordered products or large quantity orders.
