These are not the inferior cast iron type
To install, it is recommended that a small pilot hole be drilled before hammering in with a rubber mallet. Putting cloth over top of clavos before using a regular hammer will also work (if you do not have a rubber mallet)
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund (less shipping charge).
The goods MUST be in the original new condition and include all parts. The goods must be properly packaged to prevent any damage, including damage to finishes during transit. Charges will apply for items needing refinishing. Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

There is a no return policy on any custom ordered products or large quantity orders.
