NOTE
If you are using this latchset on thickness greater than 1 3/4", the strike plate supplied will not work. You will have to find a strike plate with a deeper setback or improvise one. Also note that the width of back plate is not intended to cover any existing 2 1/8" hole in door or gate.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund (less shipping charge).
The goods MUST be in the original new condition and include all parts. The goods must be properly packaged to prevent any damage, including damage to finishes during transit. Charges will apply for items needing refinishing. Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

No returns will be accepted without this authorization number.
There is a no return policy on any custom ordered products or large quantity orders.
You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to report any missing or damaged item.
