NOTE: As with most flush finger pulls, a hole or slot (mortise) is required for installation. This creates more depth for fingers to grip.
These pulls are not intended for bypass doors (doors that pass over one another), since protrusion of handle may interfere with clearance.

Regular size measures 1 1/2" wide by 5" long and protrudes .301" from surface of door.  Penetration into door is approx. .320"

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund (less shipping charge).
The goods MUST be in the original new condition and include all parts.  The goods must be properly packaged to prevent any damage, including damage to finishes during transit.  Charges will apply for items needing refinishing.  Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

No returns will be accepted without this authorization number. 

There is a no return policy on any custom ordered products or large quantity orders.
