One person can easily install the unit in 10 minutes or less using a drill, 5/8" drill bit, screwdriver and wire cutters. It adds beauty and value to your fence project, as well as provide safety for your pets and property. The body is made of PA6 plastic materials that won't rust. End cap, base with cap, knob and knob cap made of POM plastic material (also rust resistant). Each kit comes with all hardware included: gate latch pull, extender, nut, bolt, washer, end crimp, and rubber end cap. Gate latch not included. This product is a latch pull only, this product will work with any standard gravity gate latch you provide.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund (less shipping charge).
The goods MUST be in the original new condition and include all parts.  The goods must be properly packaged to prevent any damage, including damage to finishes during transit.  Charges will apply for items needing refinishing.  Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

Please email us at help@wildwesthardware.com for a return authorization number (RAN)  (we need this in writing).  We will send you complete return instructions.   

No returns will be accepted without this authorization number. 

There is a no return policy on any custom ordered products or large quantity orders.
