These Strap Hinges for Shutters measure 17" and have a 1-1/2" offset. They do not include pintles - use these hinges when you have pintles or wish to use the lag pintle and do not need the regular pintle that comes with the standard 17" strap hinge. They are made of steel and have a black powder coat finish.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund (less shipping charge).
The goods MUST be in the original new condition and include all parts. The goods must be properly packaged to prevent any damage, including damage to finishes during transit. Charges will apply for items needing refinishing. Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

No returns will be accepted without this authorization number.
There is a no return policy on any custom ordered products or large quantity orders.
