Included are our exclusive Rustic Head screws that are super rust resistant. The screws have a black phosphate finish which is considered to be superior to black oxide finishes.
Our standard size grilles are:
10" x 10" which cover openings up to 10" x 10"
12" x 12" which cover openings up to 12" x 12"
12" x 14" which cover openings up to 12" x 14"
14" x 14" which cover openings up to 14" x 14"
Custom sizes up to 24" x 24" are available, with height of grille up to 5"

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it to us for a refund (less shipping charge).
The goods MUST be in the original new condition and include all parts. The goods must be properly packaged to prevent any damage, including damage to finishes during transit. Charges will apply for items needing refinishing. Return shipping cost to be paid by customer.

No returns will be accepted without this authorization number.
There is a no return policy on any custom ordered products or large quantity orders.
You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to report any missing or damaged item.
